Since 2021, I have been curating the artistic choices for the Italian fashion brand Corneliani. Founded in the 1930s in Mantua, it is now present with its products in over 70 countries worldwide through multi-brand stores and around 90 single-brand boutiques. Baldi Pighi founded the brand’s contemporary art collection, focusing on emerging Italian artists, and curated projects related to CIRCLE, the brand’s new environmentally friendly collection. To date, four editions of interdisciplinary collaboration between contemporary art and fashion have been realized, each including the creation of an artwork for the brand, installation at the headquarters in Palazzo Durini Caproni di Taliedo in Milan, digital communication (artist playlists, custom content), and acquisition of the artwork. Over the years, synergies have been created with Italian cultural institutions and entities, including Palazzo Strozzi (Florence), MANN - Art Days (Naples), and Fuorisalone (Milan).
